Modern
Memories Photography requires all deposits to be paid for in advance to secure your chosen date. Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel, but are transferable to
another date in the event you wish to change your booking with at least 2
weeks' notice. Special consideration is made for maternity and newborn clients.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase and are non-refundable. The same cancellation policy applies to all Gift Certificate clients after an appointment is scheduled. Gift certificated must be used within 6 months from date of purchase.
STANDARD SESSION
Family, Children, Engagement, Maternity and High School Senior Sessions
The Standard session is $170.00 for up to 4 people at the location of your choice. A $70 deposit is due upon booking to secure your chosen date and time. The remaining amount is due no later than the date of your session. The session includes 1 hour of shoot time at the location of your choice, consultation by email to customize your shoot, the photographer’s time and talent, custom editing of image(s) and a CD of images with print rights.
SPECIALTY SESSIONS
On-Location Newborn Session
The on-location Newborn session is $250 for baby and family. A $150 deposit is due upon booking to secure your chosen date and time. The remaining amount is due no later than the date of your session. This session includes up to 2 hours of shoot time at the location of choice, consultation by email to customize your shoot, the photographer’s time and talent, custom editing of images, and a CD of images with print rights.
First Birthday Smash Cake Session
The First Birthday session is $190.00 for up to 1 child and 2 adults and due upon booking to secure your chosen date. This session includes 1 hour of shoot time at the location of choice, consultation by email to customize your shoot, the photographer’s time and talent, and custom editing of image(s), a smash cake for the shoot and a CD of images with print rights.
Parties and Events
Private parties and events start at $70 per hour (minimum of 2 hours) in Hernando/Pasco County and include 60 edited images on CD. Please inquire for more details.

WEDDING PRICING AND PACKAGES

40% non – refundable retainer fee is required at signing; this assures
reservation of your wedding day. Full payment is due 14 days prior to wedding
date. In the unfortunate event of wedding cancellation, due to client, only monies
paid beyond the retainer fee will be refunded.

o This is a 6x6 size album with a cover
image (from your engagement shoot or bridal shoot) with approx 10-20 pages to
it. Each spread will have a picture on the left size and a piece or cardstock
on the right that your guests can sign and write their well wishes.
o May be able to be customized to your
wedding color(s).
